$160,000 SETTLEMENT FOR EMT'S INJURIES FROM TRACTOR TRAILER ACCIDENT

A $160,000 settlement was obtained for an EMT/ambulance driver who sustained serious injuries in the course of her employment when the ambulance she was driving was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer traveling at an unsafe speed in a snow storm.
