Stahl Named Partner in HKQ Law Firm

(Kingston, PA - February 28, 2013) Attorney Brian P. Stahl has been named a partner in the law firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn.
Stahl, who practices in the firm’s Kingston office, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department with a primary focus in real estate and corporate law.

Stahl, who has been an associate with the firm since 2008, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He was named a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2010 and 2011. Prior to joining HKQ, he was an associate in the business and finance, and real estate departments at Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald in Wilkes-Barre.
A member of the Pennsylvania and Luzerne County bar associations, Stahl is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
He is a committee member of the Wyoming Valley Catholic Youth Center, the Greater Wilkes-
Barre Association for the Blind and the North Branch Land Trust, and a member of the Ancient
Order of Hibernians, St. John Neumann Division. Stahl is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Wilkes-
Barre. He and his wife, Lauren, live in Forty Fort.
