Santo Named Partner in HKQ Law Firm

Nicole Santo Personal Injury LawyerKINGSTON, Pa. – Attorney Nicole M. Santo has been named a partner in the law firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn.

Santo, who practices in the firm’s Kingston office, is a member of HKQ’s Personal Injury Team, where she focuses on personal injury litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice and vehicle accidents.

“I am honored to be named a partner in a law firm with such an outstanding record of representing injured people and their families,” Santo said. “Working with Joe Quinn and the extremely dedicated team of lawyers and staff at HKQ has been an incredible experience.”

Santo, who joined the firm in 2010, earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she was valedictorian of her class. She also served on the Board of the Widener Law Journal and as President of the Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining HKQ, she served as a clerk to Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin. While in law school, she interned with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the state Attorney General’s Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection. She is a member of the Luzerne County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC, headquartered in Kingston with offices in Scranton, handles all types of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, vehicle accidents and worker’s compensation.
