In addition to the Wyoming seminar board, Attorney Kluger serves as Chairman of the Board of Luzerne Bank. He has also served on Mellon Bank's Advisory Board and has lectured at many legal seminars and forums on different aspects of banking law. He was named a 2007 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for creditor rights in Philadelphia Magazine's annual survey of the state's top attorneys.

In addition, Attorney Kluger serves on the boards of King's College, Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business & Industry, the Luzerne Foundation, Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corp., Innovation Center @ Wilkes-Barre, F.M.
