Attorney Kevin M. Walsh, Jr. provides legal counsel to Commercial clients throughout Northeastern PA, focusing on Real Estate Transactions, Banking and Creditors’ Rights, Zoning, and Tax Assessment Appeals matters.

Attorney Kevin Walsh was born and raised in Drums, PA where he currently resides with his wife Lindsay and their two children. He graduated from Bucknell University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Attorney Walsh pursued his legal career at Syracuse University College of Law. He was selected as a recipient of the Lampe Bar Scholarship and received the CALI Award for Achievement in Insurance and Society Seminar Activities.

For the last nine years Attorney Walsh worked as an Associate Attorney with Donald G. Karpowich, Attorney-at-Law, PC where he litigated numerous cases in various jurisdictions, including Courts of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Previous to this role, he was an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Tullio DeLuca handling commercial litigation and estate planning. Attorney Walsh also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon.

Attorney Walsh is a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

We also recognize that many of you are anxious about how the coronavirus is impacting the Court systems, our firm and your cases. Although all of our offices are closed, our firm has remained fully operational and we have initiated procedures that allow all of our attorneys and staff to work remotely from their homes. Each of us and our staff will respond to any emails and calls about your cases as quickly as possible.

Our Federal and State Courts have instituted significant changes in their calendars as a result of the coronavirus. Although most courthouses are closed to the public, and Hearings and Trials will be delayed for some time, there are matters that can proceed telephonically and by video. Despite these changes in the Court calendars, we are working diligently on your cases and are determined to do whatever we possibly can to assure an early and just recovery for you and your loved ones. Even under these difficult circumstances, we believe that "Nobody will work harder for you than we will."
