Saba Rejoins Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn
Attorney David W. Saba has rejoined the Kingston office of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC, as a principal in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. Saba was a principal in the firm from 1978 through 1996. After leaving HK&Q, he practiced law as a solo practitioner until 2000 when he became managing partner of Saba, Endler & Associates. In both capacities, he focused on defense of medical malpractice, general negligence and complex claims, as well as general corporate and business matters, estates and real estate. From 1974 to 1978, he was an associate at Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald. Throughout his career, Saba has served as sole or lead counsel in more than 300 civil jury trials in state and federal courts. In his new capacity at HK&Q, he will be handling commercial and corporate litigation. “Dave Saba is a seasoned lawyer who will bring a wealth of courtroom experience to our firm,” said Attorney Allan M. Kluger, Senior Partner and head of HK&Q's Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. “We're very happy to welcome him back into the fold.” A 1971 graduate of King's College, Saba earned his juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1974. He is a past or present member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, National Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute Ð Law & Medicine Section, Luzerne County Bar Association, Columbia / Montour County Bar Association, and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is founder and director of the Luzerne County Young Lawyers. Saba is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle & Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and all Pennsylvania state courts. He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the American Board of Trial Advocacy & National Board of Trial Advocates; author of “The Barrister Case Notes;” and has lectured at events sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Dickinson School of Law and King's College. Saba is a former member of the board of directors of Pioneer American Bank and the Wilkes-Barre YMCA; former council president and trustee of St. Anthony's Maronite Church, Wilkes-Barre; and former president of the Knights of Lebanon. He and his wife, Brenda, have two sons, Elias and William. Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC, headquartered in Kingston with offices in Scranton, focuses on personal injury litigation and offers a wide array of legal services to businesses and individuals. |
