Quinn Named To Legal Revision Panel

Attorney Michelle M. Quinn, a shareholder in the law firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, has been named to the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association's Ad Hoc Committee on the American Law Institute revision of the Restatement of the Law of Torts.

Ms. Quinn was also recently elected to serve on Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn's Executive Committee as a Litigation Department representative. Ms. Quinn concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, trucking litigation, defective product claims, and motor vehicle liability.

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College in 1991 and received her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1994. Ms. Quinn is the president of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has served as the co-chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Multi-Jurisdictional Practice.

Ms. Quinn has served on the PaTLA Board of Governors since 1999. She is the immediate past Chairwoman of the organization's New Lawyers' Section and has previously served as the chairwoman of the Long Range Planning Committee and as the regional captain of the Membership Committee of the statewide organization.

Ms. Quinn resides in Mountaintop with her husband, Attorney David Aikens Jr., and their daughter, Emily.
