Hospital settles medical malpractice suits with two families for $5M

Attorney Brian Quinn McDonnell, having recently passed the bar examination, has joined the Kingston office of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, where he is an associate in the law firm's Litigation Group.

McDonnell, who previously worked at the firm as a summer intern, is a 2003 graduate of Lehigh University, where he majored in political science, and earned his juris doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in the spring. Prior to joining HKQ, McDonnell served as an intern in the Governor's Policy Office and as a clerk to Superior Court Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Sr.
