Hospital settles medical malpractice suits with two families for $5M

Attorney Terrence J. Herron has rejoined the Kingston office of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC, as a principal in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Practice Group.

Herron practiced law with HK&Q from April 1985 to May 1999 when he left to serve as Executive Vice President and later Chief Operating Officer for Gans Communications, LP. He rejoined HK&Q in May, and practices in the areas of general business transactional matters and estate planning.

A 1971 graduate of the University of Scranton, Herron earned his law degree in 1975 from Catholic University of America School of Law, and holds masters of law degrees in taxation from both the Temple University School of Law and New York University School of Law. In addition, Herron holds a masters of business administration degree from the University of Chicago.

He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Hazleton Area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Hazleton, Leadership Wilkes-Barre and various other community organizations.

Herron lives with his wife, Martha, in Harveys Lake.
