The firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, is proud to announce the appointment to attorney Richard S. Bishop, from our Scranton branch office, on his appointments to the following PBA committees. He is now a member of the PBA Military & Veterans Affairs; PBA Charitable Organizations Committee; PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee; and the PBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. These appointments will be effective immediately and will run through the annual meeting in May of 2006.
