Lackawanna County Bar Elects Officers, Directors
Mr. Bishop is a partner with the firm Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University School of Law. He is vice president of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the Scranton Lackawanna Jewish Federation and an officer of the Jewish Home of Eastern Pennsylvania. He is also a lifetime board member of the Scranton Counseling Center, a board member of the Scranton Counseling Center, a board member of the Scranton Area Foundation and ARC of Lackawanna County and a member of the advisory board of the Salvation Army. Mr. Bishop is immediate past president of the St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen, past president of Temple Israel of Scranton, he was 1999 Campaign Chairman of the United Jewish Appeal and was named in 1996 as "Man of the Year" by the Jewish Community Center. He and his wife Faye reside in Scranton and have three children, David, attorney Stephanie and Craig. |
