Hospital settles medical malpractice suits with two families for $5M

Michelle M. Quinn, Esquire has been re-elected to serve a two year term on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Quinn is a shareholder in the law firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C. where she concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, trucking litigation and motor vehicle liability. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College in 1991 and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1994. Ms. Quinn is the President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has served as the Co-Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Multi-Jurisdictional Practice. Ms. Quinn has served on the PATLA Board of Goovernors since 1999. She is the immediate past chairperson of the organization's New Lawyers' section and has previously served as the chairperson of the Long Range Planning Committee and as the regional captain of the Membership Committee of that organization. Ms. Quinn resides in Mountaintop with her husband, David Aikens, Jr. and her daughter, Emily.
