David A. Aikens, Jr., named vice-president
of Commission on Economic Opportunity Attorney David Aikens, Jr., has been named Vice-President of the Commission on Economic Opportunity Board of Directors, announced Eugene M. Brady, Executive Director of CEO. The Commission on Economic Opportunity provides a variety of services to the community. Those services include food and housing assistance to low-income persons and families, college scholarships through the Remington Scholarship program and youth education programs through the Kids' Cafˇ. Attorney Aikens was elected Vice President following the death of Margaret J. Robins. Attorney Aikens has been a member of the CEO Board since 1998. He is a partner in the Kingston firm of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C. Attorney Aikens resides in Mountaintop with his wife Michelle Quinn. |
