Amanda Wright-Kluger was appointed to the board of directors of the SPCA of Luzerne County. Wright-Kluger is an associate in the litigation section of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, Wilkes-Barre. Wright-Kluger is a graduate of The Oakham School, Rutland, U.K.; the University of the West of England, Bristol, U.K.; and The Dickinson School of Law. Her husband, Joseph, also is an attorney.
